One of the biggest deals for me has been the AppSumo DepositPhoto deal. You may need stock photos for your website or for Pinterest pins, so having a license to use photos is really important. Over many years of blogging, I haven’t heard of a better deal than this one. (Some Canva users may be content with the selection there, but be sure you understand the terms of whatever Canva photos you use.) This is the one I have purchased and used for years.

ManyChat

Get it: 50% off ManyChat (Not a BF deal – I haven’t seen it yet as of 11/7/2025)

If you seen Instagram influencer posts that say, “Comment RECIPE and I’ll DM you the recipe,” then it’s likely you’ve experienced ManyChat. This is the service that allows bloggers and influencers to auto-respond with links on Instagram, improving the likelihood of getting traffic from that social media channel. ManyChat can be used on Facebook and other social media as well.

ManyChat does have discounts on bundles for the holiday deal season, but its basic plan is free. The monthly price for a Pro account is only $15, so that’s less than the lowest-price discount bundle. If you’re just getting started with ManyChat, I recommend the Free or Pro account to start.

Before you reach the minimum threshold to get into a premium ad network, your blog may qualify for Journey by Mediavine. An entry-friendly premium ad option, you’ll get easy set up, almost effortless ad management, and very competitive RPMs. Even if none of that previous paragraph makes sense for you, Journey by Mediavine is likely a good monetization strategy for your blog or website. Install Grow and apply for Journey when you have the basics done on your blog.

Note: I had a good experience with Mediavine from 2016 to 2022 (when I sold my blog). I can recommend them. Its competitor, Raptive, has good reviews and recently lowered its threshold for entry. If you go with Journey, you will need to give notice according to the terms you agree to before switching to another network. I think this seems like a reasonable practice and shouldn’t deter you from joining Journey; I just think you need to remember it for the future when you move to the next level.
