Hi. I’m Carolyn Erickson and I love helping small businesses get online.
I started out as a professional writer for both print and online publications in 2005. In 2009, I launched a local blog using the WordPress content management system. In the years since, I’ve built a large readership by consistently writing useful, timely, shareable content, engaging with readers effectively on social media, and constantly working on and learning about search engine optimization (SEO), and WordPress web development.
As I became more proficient in these areas, other independent publishers and small business owners began seeking my advice and help. I discovered that many small businesses and one-owner companies have a great need to establish an online presence, but don’t have the budget to contract the services of an online marketing agency. Agencies have a lot to offer, but until you’re ready to go in that direction I can help you get a solid start on the Web, whether I’m teaching you how to do it yourself at a PixelTime class in Wichita or doing it for you as your website and social media manager.
My goal is to help your business succeed online. I can provide a wide range of digital media services for your small business, including content writing, SEO, social media, email newsletters, and WordPress website support and maintenance.
